Levi Kelly has made headlines by constructing what is believed to be the world’s smallest house, measuring a mere 19.46 square feet. Although Guinness World Records has yet to officially certify the structure, it boasts essential amenities for comfortable living.
Inside, the compact home features a fold-down bed, a small yet functional kitchenette, and hot water, alongside air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with both a toilet and a shower, maximizing utility in a limited space.
The house is clad in cedar wood, complete with insulation and 2×3-inch studs to further optimize space. Remarkably, Kelly managed to complete the project with a budget of just $4,959.
