Ross Tweddell, a YouTube star and passionate WWE superfan, has broken the Guinness World Record for the most WWE wrestlers identified by their entrance music in one minute.
Tweddell, a reviewer for the popular YouTube channel Cultaholic, achieved the feat by correctly identifying 20 wrestlers based solely on their entrance music, surpassing the previous record by two. He described the accomplishment as a “dream come true” and a testament to his deep knowledge of the wrestling world.
This job of mine, covering the world of wrestling all year round, means I have no choice but to be the most dedicated person in the world when it comes to all facets of the wrestling business,” Tweddell said in a statement to Guinness World Records.
Tweddell explained that his ability to quickly recognize wrestling themes was honed through years of participating in “identify that wrestling theme” quizzes on YouTube, where he would listen to just a second of audio to name the wrestler.
“I’ve always known I could identify wrestling themes faster than anyone else,” he added. “This record is a source of immense personal pride, even if it might not be impressive enough for the next edition of the book. But at least I can now print off my certificate and stick it in the back with glue.”
Tweddell’s record highlights his lifelong passion for professional wrestling and his expertise in one of the most iconic aspects of the sport: its entrance music.
