As the globe continues to shrink through aviation, the quest for the world’s best airport has never been more competitive.
For the 13th consecutive year, Singapore Changi Airport has been crowned the “World’s Best Airport” in 2025 by Skytrax. This prestigious honor comes despite Changi’s status as the world’s fourth busiest international airport. The airport’s top-tier facilities and services also earned it the titles of World’s Best Airport Dining, World’s Best Airport Washrooms, and Best Airport in Asia for 2025.
Meanwhile, Doha Hamad International Airport has climbed to second place globally. Known for its luxury and efficiency, Hamad is the only Middle Eastern airport to rank in the top 10. It also earned accolades for World’s Best Airport Shopping and Best Airport in the Middle East.
Dubai International Airport and Bahrain International Airport also secured spots among the top 20 global rankings.
Asia continues to dominate, with five Asian airports, including Changi, leading the charge against European and American counterparts. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport placed 7th, earning Best Airport in Europe for the third straight year.
From the Americas, Canada’s Vancouver International Airport made it to the 13th spot, standing as the sole representative of the continent in the top 20.
India’s Delhi International Airport (IGI) once again claimed the title of Best Airport in India & South Asia, while Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International was recognized as the Best Regional Airport in the same region. Hyderabad International Airport earned recognition for the Best Airport Staff Service in India & South Asia, and Goa Manohar International Airport was ranked as the Cleanest Airport in India & South Asia.
