Jason Shoultz, better known to his TikTok followers as “Jason Big Nose,” has achieved a remarkable feat in body modification by creating the world’s largest nasallang flesh tunnel.
A nasallang piercing is a type of body modification that traverses both nostrils and the septum. Jason’s piercing, with a diameter of 2.15 cm (0.84 inches), is so expansive that he can comfortably pass his finger through it.
As the vice president of a car audio company, Jason has dedicated 15 years to gradually stretching his nasallang piercing. Reflecting on his journey, he said, “I realized my stretched piercings were larger than anyone else I knew in the modification community. Inspired by body modifiers that came before me, I just pushed the particular combo further just to see how far I could go.”
Jason’s interest in the alternative and taboo began in his youth, and over the years, his family and friends have become accustomed to his various body modifications. His extensive modifications include a split tongue, a stretched labret, a heart-shaped subdermal hand implant, scarification, branding, and high tattoo coverage.
Despite his unusual appearance, Jason reports that public reactions from strangers are generally positive. “I am always open to talk about my mods and even take pics or allow pics when asked,” he shared.
When asked what he appreciates most about his flesh tunnel, Jason noted, “The amount of work it took to get to this point reminds me that I can achieve a lot with a little bit of patience.”
Jason’s achievement places him among other notable flesh tunnel record holders, such as James Goss from the UK, who has the most face flesh tunnels, and Colton Pifer from the USA, who holds the record for the world’s largest nasal septum flesh tunnel.
