Effective leadership can significantly influence a company’s success, but gauging internal culture without firsthand experience is challenging. Comparably’s annual list of Best Leadership Teams aims to bridge this gap, offering insights based on anonymous feedback from current employees. Large companies are defined as those with more than 500 employees, while small and midsize companies have fewer than 500 employees.
