Esperance Lumineska Fuerzina, 36, from Bridgeport, Connecticut, has set two Guinness World Records by achieving the most tattooed person (female) and the most body modifications (female). Fuerzina has covered 99.98% of her body in tattoos and has 89 body modifications, surpassing the previous record of 49 body mods held by Maria José Cristerna since 2012.
Fuerzina’s journey began 15 years ago with her first tattoo, which has since been replaced, and her initial body modification—a split tongue—was done a decade ago. Her body modifications include various piercings, tissue-stretching procedures, and tattoos on her eyeballs and gums.
Fuerzina expressed that her transformation is ongoing: “In terms of my body being covered, it is still hard to imagine a set ending. For many years, I have been working towards more cohesiveness in my suit, and that remains my goal.”
