An Idaho couple has taken their household chores to a whole new level by breaking a Guinness World Record for the fastest time to hang up 10 items of clothing as a team. David and Jennifer Rush completed the challenge in an impressive 51.8 seconds, surpassing the previous record of 57.87 seconds.
The duo’s success didn’t come without effort. David Rush, a serial record-breaker, revealed that it took multiple practice runs and several failed official attempts before they finally managed to shave enough time off to claim the title.
“We hugged, we kissed, and then we collapsed from exhaustion,” Rush said, describing the moment of victory. “It’s a great feeling to break another world record, and doing it with my wife by my side made it even more special.”
This achievement adds to David Rush’s already impressive resume. With over 182 Guinness World Records to his name, he holds the distinction of having the most concurrent titles in the world.
The couple’s latest feat highlights not just their teamwork and determination, but also their playful approach to tackling everyday tasks with extraordinary flair.
