To compile the “Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” list, U.S. News partnered with Leopard Solutions, a SurePoint company, and Revelio Labs to gather data on employee sentiment and legal market trends. The list’s six key metrics were derived from data that included employee feedback and legal industry research. Only firms in Leopard Solutions’ database were eligible, and each company had to have at least 10 U.S.-based Glassdoor reviews, including written comments and star ratings from 2020 to 2023.
