Cactus Tours, a renowned adventure tour company based in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, has officially set a Guinness World Record for the world’s longest bicycle zipline, stretching an impressive 339.39 meters. This thrilling new attraction offers an exhilarating ride over the desert landscape and the Pacific Ocean, further enhancing Los Cabos’ reputation as a premier adventure tourism destination.
The official recognition ceremony took place at Cactus Tours’ headquarters, drawing industry leaders, government officials, and representatives from Guinness World Records. Notable attendees included Fernando Ojeda, Deputy Secretary of Tourism and Economy of Baja California Sur; Rodrigo Esponda, Managing Director of the Los Cabos Tourism Board; Víctor Montaño, Public Relations Director for the Municipality of Los Cabos; Alfredo Arista Rueda, Official Judge for Guinness World Records; Francisco Orrantia, CEO and Co-Founder of Cactus Tours; and José Manuel Pizarro, the architect behind the project.
