David “Record Breaker” Rush, known for holding the most concurrent Guinness World Records, has once again demonstrated his extraordinary skill and precision, reclaiming the record for the most target hits with chopsticks in one minute. The Idaho man tested his “ninja” abilities by using chopsticks to hit a target placed 13 feet away, and his impressive performance has earned him a spot in the record books once again.
The challenge involves standing 13 feet from an archery target and using chopsticks to strike the inner gold and red circles within one minute. The challenge is not just about speed, but also about accuracy and control, requiring perfect timing to land each chopstick hit in the coveted areas of the target.
Rush originally set the record with an impressive 19 hits, but his title was later surpassed when another chopstick marksman managed to achieve 21 hits. Unfazed by the loss, Rush went back to the drawing board, honed his skills, and set his sights on reclaiming the record. In a thrilling attempt, Rush successfully landed 29 hits in one minute, retaking the title and proving once again why he’s known as the world’s top record breaker.
As Rush recalled the experience, the rhythm of the flying chopsticks was almost meditative. “Chopsticks flew. One after another, they sailed through the air, finding their mark in the coveted gold and red zones. The rhythm was almost meditative, each successful hit fueling the next,” Rush said.
With this victory, Rush adds another achievement to his ever-growing collection of world records. His dedication to pushing the limits of human skill continues to inspire others, showing that with practice, precision, and perseverance, seemingly impossible feats can be accomplished.
