These record-breaking feats added an electrifying atmosphere to the event, bringing international attention to the Vaal region and instilling a collective sense of pride among the local community. NWU demonstrated strong support for the event, with 272 staff and students in attendance, as well as the installation of 11 vibrant exhibition stalls, underscoring the university’s commitment to social impact and community engagement.
In addition to the entertainment and record-breaking achievements, Rocking the Vaal 2025 remained focused on its charitable mission.
