Gardens by the Bay, a renowned tourist destination in Singapore, has earned the title of the world’s most popular flower garden on Instagram. The iconic nature park has amassed over 1.2 million hashtags on the platform, outpacing London’s UNESCO World Heritage site Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and Tokyo’s Shinjuku Gyoen, both of which garnered over 700,000 posts under their respective hashtags. This distinction was highlighted in a survey conducted by British tour operator and travel site Titan Travel.
According to the survey, Gardens by the Bay is the only garden globally to surpass one million Instagram posts.
Spanning 101 hectares, Gardens by the Bay comprises three waterfront gardens, with the largest being the Bay South Garden. This section features two cooled conservatories and several distinctive “super trees.”
Recently, Tripadvisor readers also named Gardens by the Bay the most loved tourist attraction in Asia.
