UK commercial vehicle manufacturing has achieved its best year-to-date performance since 2010, according to the latest figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), despite a decline in April.
In April, the output fell by 19.9 percent, totaling 8,413 units. However, the overall year-to-date performance remains strong, marking a significant achievement for the industry.
This notable performance underscores the resilience of the UK commercial vehicle manufacturing sector, even amidst fluctuations in monthly production figures.
